The procedure

The syllable-based search routine of TM-Hunting select will give you a quick overview on already registered trademarks with the syllable that you want.

TM-Hunting Select
1.	Register analysis (German/IR/)	We look for trademarks with syllables that you want (prefix, infix or suffix). You will receive a complete list of all German and IR-registered trademarks, that contain the desired syllable.
2.	First selection	You choose those trademarks that you find suitable for your new product. (Please note that at this point neither use nor availability of the trademark is being checked.)
3.	Appropriateness + availability	You determine which of the selected trademarks should be checked for suitability and whether they are being used or available for purchasing. We then present to you the results.
4.	Final selection	We will get in contact with the owner and check the current availability, the legal status and the price. Optional but advisable: full search, similarity check performed by a patent attorney, lingual check, name test
5.	Purchase	Finally you choose a trademark and go into direct negotiations with the owner. You can use our puchasing contract.
Duration: 1 - 3 Weeks

	TM-Direct Complete:	We will give you an overview on our entire portfolio.
	TM-Hunting Complete:	We look through the entire stock of registered trademarks in the relevant registers.
